This is my first before/after post, I decided I would join
Monica's bloghop this week! I took some pictures of Logan a few weeks ago, and one thing I wanted to incorporate was her crib bedding. We picked out her bedding long before she was born, and it was something Cody and I both immediately agreed on. We looked at hundreds, and kept going back to this one! We love it and we hope it lasts a while, and she will love it too. However, I know one day this bedding will be long gone, and I wanted something to be able to show her the bedding her Daddy and I picked out for her.
This is the original -
SOOC
it looks over-exposed, yellow, and the wrinkle in the background drives me nuts!
After:
I edited in Lightroom:
boosted blacks, cloned the wrinkle, adjusted white balance, fixed her skin tone,
straighted the horizon and boosted clarity
a nice, clean edit :-)
This is from the same set as
this picture - a b/w conversion.
What an adorable little one! And a lovely job on the edit :)

Such a sweetie! I should do something like this to remember our crib bedding. The crib is long gone but the bedding is still in the closet.

Great edit!! Boosting the blacks was a great idea and I do like it better cool as opposed to warm.
