ReplyDeleteSaw your comment about the tutu. It was so easy. I bought circle elastic head bands at the dollar store and 5 yards of tulle ( I really needed more ) cut them into six inch strips, folded them in half (length wise) and tied them around the head band. By tied I mean slip the cut ends through the folded side. Does that make sense? You can email me if you have questions capturingyesterdaysmemories (at) yahoo (dot) com
